This site is operated by Aurum Reality, AURUM Reality, My Home Nishada, Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad. It presents information about luxury villas, HMDA plots, apartments and commercial property in Hyderabad, and lets you request advice as a buyer or seller.

Information is indicative, not an offer

Listings, areas, configurations, approvals, images and availability are shared in good faith from owner and developer sources, and can change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to offer or a guarantee of availability, title or price. Always verify particulars, approvals and title independently before committing funds.

Prices on request

Pricing is shared privately on request because it moves with inventory, floor rise, payment plan and negotiation. Any figure we quote is indicative until confirmed in writing by the owner or developer.

Our role

Aurum Reality acts as an advisory and representation service. We are not the owner, developer or builder of the properties we present unless stated. We do not provide legal, tax, immigration or investment advice. Please engage your own advocate and chartered accountant for title diligence, taxation and repatriation matters.

Enquiries and communication

When you submit the enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp, you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry. Please provide accurate details. Do not submit false information, other people's details without consent, or automated or bulk submissions.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, scrape or republish listing content, photographs or copy without written permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Aurum Reality name, logo, mark, site design and written content belong to Aurum Reality. Property photographs may belong to the respective owners or developers and are used to illustrate listings.

Third party links

We link to WhatsApp, Instagram and other external services for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aurum Reality is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on information published on it. Transactions are governed by the separate written agreements you sign with us, the owner or the developer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
